Facebook Privacy Protection or Intrusion by Nafi Sukur

Facebook is a platform we use in our everyday lives. We use it to communicate, entertainment, shopping, and more. They claim that our information is in protection by them. However, throughout the years Facebook has had data breaches and would often use excuses to try to fix them. I believe Facebook is using and selling our personal information to make money. After all, Facebook is free and they need to make money somehow. I want to show people the upside and downside of having Facebook's privacy. In one side Facebook claims that are privacy is protected and they wouldn't share with anyone else. On the other side, we see people complaining about how they were hacked and their private information was leaked. I want to explain the history of Facebook getting hacked and what Facebook responds to each breach. I plan to use a timeline on these breaches.
